YOUR GUIDE TO THIS VERSION

Know your table.

Practical guide: 2–6. Three draws require an agreed reshuffle procedure; do not add a second deck.

From first card to final reveal.

  1. Prepare. Use 52 cards; agree blinds and fixed limits.

    Heads-up button posts small blind.

  2. Deal five. Deal five private cards each.

    There is no shared board.

  3. First betting. Start clockwise after the big blind.

Last remaining player wins. Heads-up: the button acts first before the draw/flop.

  4. First draw. Burn, then replace zero to five cards per survivor, starting after button.

    Stand pat means replace none.

  5. Second betting. Bet starting after the button.

    The lower fixed bet applies.

  6. Second draw. Burn and offer another zero-to-five exchange. Then bet.

The larger fixed bet applies now.

  7. Third draw. Burn; offer the final exchange. Then bet.

    Three draws, four betting rounds.

  8. Showdown. Lowest 2–7 five-card hand wins; split ties.

A–2–3–4–5 is ace-high, not a straight. Use proper reshuffling if the stub runs out.
